A Day in the Life
- Deliver exceptional client service and manage client accounts effectively
- Resolve complex issues related to claims, billing, and eligibility while keeping benefits consultants informed
- Lead the marketing process by gathering RFP documents and exploring negotiation opportunities
- Drive carrier negotiations and oversee technological implementations to ensure seamless client experience
- Prepare presentations, develop meeting agendas, and coordinate plan documents to guide clients through the enrollment process
- Collaborate with compliance resources to ensure adherence to regulations
- Drive client strategy and engage with decision-makers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- A minimum of three years of Benefits/HR experience required
- Working knowledge of risk management techniques, including Employee Health and Benefits markets and marketing techniques
- Deep understanding of various funding mechanisms and ability to share knowledge with a variety of stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
Additional Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in insurance broker space desired, 5-7 years of experience in insurance broker space strongly desired
- Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $64,700 to $120,400. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
