A Day in the Life

• Deliver exceptional client service and manage client accounts effectively
• Resolve complex issues related to claims, billing, and eligibility
• Keep benefits consultants informed
• Lead the marketing process by gathering RFP documents and exploring negotiation opportunities
• Drive carrier negotiations and oversee technological implementations
• Prepare presentations, develop meeting agendas, and coordinate plan documents
• Collaborate with compliance resources to ensure adherence to regulations
• Drive client strategy and engage with decision-makers
• Oversee the full benefits renewal lifecycle including monitoring deliverables

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum three years of Benefits/HR experience required
• Working knowledge of risk management techniques, including Employee Health and Benefits markets and marketing techniques
• Deep understanding of various funding mechanisms and ability to share knowledge with a variety of stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

Additional Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in insurance broker space desired
• Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days

Base Salary Range

The applicable base salary range for this role is $64,700 to $120,400. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
