Client Manager - Contaminated Sediment
Primary Responsibilities
- Build and expand client relationships, generate opportunities, and close work to meet growth goals
- Develop compelling proposals and deliver client-focused presentations
- Serve as primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnership success
- Guide clients on risk, regulatory, and stakeholder considerations; position Foth as a trusted partner
- Partner with project managers to ensure successful project execution from pursuit through completion
- Maintain knowledge of contaminated sediment management regulations to support compliant, forward-looking solutions
- Contribute to internal market strategy and growth initiatives
- Participate in key remediation phases
- Support team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or related field
- 10+ years of consulting experience
- Experience with contaminated sediment investigation and remedial design
- Client-facing project management and proposal development experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 15+ years of consulting experience
- Proven success in building and maintaining client relationships

Qualifications
