Client Manager

Role Overview The Client Manager serves as the primary contact for assigned clients, responsible for maintaining strong relationships, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage client relationships to foster retention and growth, including renewals and upselling opportunities.Drive revenue growth through product optimization and understanding client needs.Ensure timely payments, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.Lead business reviews, monitor client health, and develop action plans to mitigate risks.Support implementation and coordinate with internal teams to meet client objectives.Provide performance reports and business insights, communicate product roadmaps, and manage client documentation.Collaborate with sales for cross-sell/up-sell initiatives and maintain adherence to privacy and security standards. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare administration.5+ years of client management experience in healthcare, specifically in the Payor and TPA sectors.Proficiency with Microsoft tools, Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage complex situations, analyze issues, and influence stakeholders at all levels.Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
