Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients to fill an Account Manager position on a contract basis. The role involves managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth through strategic account development. This position supports business objectives by maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and growth.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Track account performance metrics and report on key business outcomes.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and address concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in client-facing interactions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools.
