About the role

This role supports all aspects of client implementation and current client transitions for L&G's Asset Management business in America.

Responsibilities

  • Build out process and infrastructure for documentation, client data, and onboarding new mandates.
  • Manage procedural steps, documentation, tracking, approvals, and follow-up.
  • Communicate and map key implementation milestones to manage and guide expectations.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients by coordinating documentation and communicating necessary information to various teams.
  • Aid in the documentation and enhancements of client order management system.
  • Collaborate with Legal/Compliance Team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce processes and workflows according to regulatory requirements.
  • Rigorously apply business processes and procedures to maintain a risk-controlled and compliant environment.
  • Assist in the design and documentation of additional process and controls around onboarding and cash flow events.
  • Aid in the project management and documentation of changes to client portfolios/agreements.
  • Develop a clear understanding of all business areas within LGIMA and build strong working relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
  • Experience in asset management client service (a plus).
  • Knowledge of transition planning, custodian relationships, transfer agents, record keepers (ideal).
  • Flexibility to adapt to growth and change.
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and some project management software skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to operate effectively within tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a growing and dynamic team construct.

Qualifications

Pay

The starting salary offer will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s education, job-related experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location, and market factors.
