Client Human Resources Business Partner III
Responsibilities
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client problems.
- Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies.
- Work independently to resolve issues.
- Work proactively with clients to provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
- Communicate and exceed client expectations.
- Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients.
- Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP.
Requirements
- At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in a client service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
- Bonus points for: HR Certification or willingness to pursue.
Qualifications
- A college degree is great but not required.
