Client Experience Coordinator (Hospitality Role)

Patterson Auto Group is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join their team at Huntington Beach location. This is a hospitality-driven position, not a sales role, ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This is not a sales position—it is focused entirely on hospitality and guest experience. You are the first impression of the dealership and play a key role in shaping customer perception. Your contributions directly support high customer satisfaction scores.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet all guests entering the dealership
- Create a comfortable, professional, and hospitality-focused environment
- Introduce clients to the appropriate sales or service team members
- Support seamless communication between departments to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area
- Aid in light phone duties, including directing calls appropriately
- Help ensure every guest interaction reflects the dealership’s commitment to excellence
