Client Experience Associate - Hightower Signature Wealth

About the Role
We are looking for a temporary part-time Client Experience Associate to support our team as the first contact to greet clients and answer incoming calls. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the office, coordinating meeting schedules and assisting with marketing events as requested. We expect this position to span around six months with the possibility of extending to a permanent position after that time. You will report to the Managing Director.
Schedule
Part-time position: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
Responsibilities
- Office “Well-Being”:
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a timely manner.
- Ensure office areas are always well-kept and ready for clients.
- Manage supplies and sort mail.
- Scheduling & Task Coordination:
- Assist other team members with client and internal team scheduling.
- Events & Marketing:
- Assist other team members to coordinate logistics for internal events, client meetings, and team offsites.
- Manage catering and meal planning, room setup, and guest accommodations to ensure a professional and welcoming experience.
Requirements
