About The Role
This position will provide high-level administrative and client support across multiple active engagements. You will work closely with senior professionals and clients while also contributing to internal projects and company events.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedules, meeting coordination, and engagement work plans
- Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for high-level clients and external partners
- Prepare polished, client-facing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, confidential documents, agendas, and meeting materials
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including venues, catering, audiovisual/technology needs, and occasional travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate and highly organized electronic and paper files and confidential documentation
- Manage and maintain client information within CRM and other technology platforms
- Support client closing activities and other time-sensitive deliverables
- Assist with company events, internal initiatives, and special projects
- Balance competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and urgency
- Anticipate the needs of senior team members and clients and proactively address issues before they arise
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless communication and execution across engagements
- Travel occasionally on a limited basis to support client needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience providing executive-level, C-suite, client services, or high-level administrative support
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience working with CRM and technology platforms such as Salesforce, Zoom, Adobe, or similar tools
- Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing professional environment
- Strong judgment and the ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work independently
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneously
- A strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Event coordination experience is a plus

$70,000 base salary + bonus (OTE $100k - $120k+)
