The Client Experience Ambassador is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
