Client Executive - Utilities (Remote)
About the role
The Client Executive will uncover new opportunities by cultivating relationships with new partners across many mediums. Your role as a Client Executive on the Energy & Utilities team is to increase Experian revenue by leveraging several sales tools, consult with C-level decision makers to understand and diagnose our client's needs and provide simple answers to complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Deliver world class client satisfaction – measured through Net Promoter scores.
- Foster innovation to up-sell and cross-sell to new existing clients.
- Identify emerging markets and develop tactics to lead new revenue streams.
- Team, collaborate and positively influence colleagues.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of sales experience.
- Experience selling software.
- BS/BA degree or related experience.
- Experience prioritizing sales opportunities and managing time.
- Experience creating and developing new business both within an existing book of business and cold calling.
- Experience developing relationships and cross-sell/up-sell within a client's organization.
- Knowledge or understanding of Energy and Utilities clients/companies.
Pay
The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
Schedule
This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.
