Client Executive, Private Equity/M&A- Risk Management
Summary
This role involves working with clients directly and with EPIC Financial Services team members across new business strategies and portfolio management. Responsibilities include supporting producers in new business endeavors, coordinating EPIC resources, and managing client portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Maintain new business pipeline
- Coordinate internal EPIC resources on a new deal, drive strategy sessions with internal teams, producers, and the client
- Main quarterback between all parties during new business/quoting/onboarding process; coordinating proposal/deliverable to the client
- Assign proper service team in a timely fashion. Support the service team in getting up to speed on the account, transition
- Portfolio Management – Work with service teams during the renewal (ensure coordinating with placement resources); for any diligence related matters; any service related issues that require guidance
- Request required information to start the new business process from both the prospect; Ensure overarching strategies are being driven
- Stewardship Reporting to Private Equity Firms. Working with the individual service teams to collect necessary data and coordinate the deliverable
- Servicing of select Private Equity Firms-where it makes sense to drive strategy
- Maintain trackers and pipelines for clients and/or prospects
- Work collaboratively with producers, placements teams and technical assistants to deliver best-in-class service to clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
- College degree preferred
- A minimum of 7 years of commercial Property & Casualty (General Liability, Automobile, Workers’ Compensation, Umbrella, Property) experience in mid-size brokerage or carrier
- Prior experience working with financial services, manufacturing, transportation industries preferred
- Knowledge of insurance coverage forms, policy structure, and terminology
- Must have working knowledge of a variety of Microsoft Office computer software applications to include word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software
- Strong attention to detail
- Works well with a team
- Self-starter and takes initiative
- Demonstrated time management skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize work
- Excellent communication skills
Benefits
The national average salary for this role is $150,000 to $175,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
