About the role

CHG Healthcare pioneered the locum tenens staffing model in 1979 and is now the largest physician staffing firm in America. As a Client Executive on the Enterprise Client Solutions team, you’ll cultivate and grow relationships within existing large accounts to drive revenue growth. You’ll lead a team of Account Managers and collaborate across divisions to ensure client retention and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor team members through weekly one-on-one meetings, side-by-side coaching, and growth-related activities.
  • Maintain regular dialogue and direct contact with existing clients to build relationships and influence decisions to grow CHG’s staffing solutions.
  • Execute cross-divisional collaboration and indirect leadership of CHG’s brand partners.
  • Develop and implement new solutions to meet client needs.
  • Leverage current internal relationships to grow the business.
  • Focus on client-facing activities with large enterprise clients to meet and exceed expectations at every touchpoint.
  • Build relationships with global decision-makers to mitigate risk and form strategic partnerships.
  • Engage C-suite and VP-level contacts to educate them on CHG service lines and address their staffing challenges with customized solutions.
  • Work with leadership to manage expectations and delivery between CHG and clients on a global level.
  • Maintain oversight of accounts to ensure client satisfaction and expand business with CHG.
  • Travel for face-to-face client interactions.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations.
  • Demonstrate understanding of various healthcare delivery systems and develop strategic plans to address client needs.
  • Partner with CHG divisions, teams, and departments regarding client needs.
  • Maintain and update client information in the database.
  • Develop new target marketing plans and strategies with National Account Sales Leaders to grow market share.
  • Negotiate client contracts and serve as the company’s agent in contractual commitments.
  • Plan targets and execute cold calling to establish new contacts within current client health systems.

Requirements

  • Proven success in developing and growing large enterprise accounts.
  • Track record of hitting sales goals and quotas.
  • Solutions-focused approach to clients.
  • Influential written and oral communication skills at a professional level.
  • Effective public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Proven sales, negotiating, and closing capabilities in long service-oriented sales cycles.
  • Experience providing a high degree of customer service.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration across multiple brands/divisions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of proven experience in healthcare staffing.
  • Minimum of five years of professional account management and outside sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Preferred: Ability to devise and execute work goals independently.
  • Preferred: Understanding of complex healthcare systems.
  • Preferred: Ability to target and sell to high-level decision-makers.
  • Preferred: Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals and objectives.
  • Preferred: Persuasive and influential verbal and written communication skills.
  • Preferred: Ability to analyze business trends/indicators and create successful business plans.

Pay

For this position, we offer a pay range of $72,000 to $192,000 annually, varying by work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level, and experience. Sales positions receive total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), while non-sales positions consist of a base salary with short-term incentives through various bonus plans.
