  • Lead and coordinate the negotiation of client contracts, business updates, and risk-related matters in partnership with Legal and Product teams, ensuring agreements reflect the client's evolving needs.
  • Develop and execute strategies to retain existing revenue and generate new income by identifying, pursuing, and closing cross-sell opportunities across Citi's product suite.
  • Advise clients on regulatory developments, industry trends, and product solutions, positioning Citi as a strategic partner capable of anticipating and responding to market change.
  • Govern client satisfaction by conducting regular relationship reviews, tracking performance against service commitments, and leading coordinated action plans to resolve concerns.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Custody and Fund Services industry, including a solid understanding of the asset manager client segment and the regulatory and risk environment in which they operate.
  • A track record of identifying and successfully executing cross-sell opportunities, with the ability to articulate the value of complex financial products to institutional clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex issues by influencing stakeholders across functions, geographies, and seniority levels without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and presence to lead external client meetings, negotiations, and senior-level discussions.
  • Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment, shifting focus rapidly in response to client and business demands.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, with the motivation to stay current on market developments, regulatory changes, and evolving client needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Business, or Economics.
  • Cross-product knowledge spanning multiple services offered within global financial institutions, enabling holistic client solution design.
  • Familiarity with client onboarding and know-your-client processes within a regulated financial services environment.

Benefits

  • Ownership of a high-profile client relationship within a globally recognized Investor Services business, with direct influence on client outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Access to Citi's global network spanning 95 countries, enabling collaboration with specialists across custody, fund services, product, operations, and technology.
  • A hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely, giving you flexibility alongside meaningful in-person collaboration.
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities, with exposure to global market developments, evolving regulatory landscapes, and new product innovation.
  • A performance-driven environment where your impact on client satisfaction, revenue, and relationship quality is visible and valued at the most senior levels.
  • Competitive financial wellbeing benefits, including compensation structures designed to reflect the seniority and accountability of the role.
