Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

Build and manage executive-level relationships within assigned accounts, identifying key decision-makers while driving retention, growth, and new business opportunities.
Prolactively prospect and develop new client relationships, creating strategic plans to expand account penetration and maximize revenue potential.
Lead account planning, client business reviews, and sales strategy sessions by coordinating cross-functional teams and resources to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor and customer advocate by understanding client business objectives, identifying adoption gaps and expansion opportunities, and driving long-term partnership success.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services sales, business development, or consulting, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding strategic client relationships.
    Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university, business related preferred.
    Demonstrated success managing large, complex accounts within a matrixed organization, including identifying key decision-makers, influencing stakeholders, and closing high-value opportunities.
    Strong client engagement and business development skills, including prospecting, relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling to executive-level audiences.
    Strategic, results-oriented professional with strong business acumen in consumer lending and fintech, capable of developing and executing growth strategies with urgency and focus.
    Exceptional communicator and collaborative partner who is passionate about client advocacy, works effectively across cross-functional teams, and is willing to travel as needed.

Pay Scale Information

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $92,250.00 - $153,750 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% – 50% of base salary and may vary based on position.
