Client Engagement Marketing Manager - Remote Work

About the role

We are seeking a Client Engagement Marketing Manager to develop strategies and programs that increase client satisfaction, deepen product engagement, and foster long-term loyalty. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution to deliver personalized, high-value experiences to our client base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute client engagement programs that drive product adoption, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
• Plan and manage client-focused events, executive briefings, roadshows, and webinar series.
• Create targeted communication campaigns tailored to client segments, industries, and lifecycle stages.
• Work closely with account managers and customer success teams to identify and act on engagement opportunities.
• Manage client satisfaction measurement programs such as NPS surveys and feedback loops.
• Report on engagement metrics and provide strategic recommendations to improve client outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in client marketing, account-based marketing, or customer engagement.
• Experience planning and executing client-facing events and executive engagement programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing tools to manage and track client communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating content for senior audiences.
