Client Engagement Associate – Mortgage Outbound Sales

About the role

As a valued colleague on our team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling Fannie Mae mortgage-related products and services. In this role, you will execute targeted outbound call campaigns to existing Fannie Mae clients to promote, position, and drive adoption of our mortgage-related products, technology solutions, and services.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound call campaigns to promote and drive adoption of Fannie Mae's mortgage-related products and services.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to existing clients, including lenders, servicers, and housing partners.
• Proactively engage lender prospects to communicate product value and create opportunities for internal follow‑up and execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and outcomes within CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed monthly performance targets, including call volume, conversion rate, and engagement KPIs.

Minimum Required Experiences

• 2 years of experience in an outbound or inbound call center, client engagement or related roles supporting mortgage.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage ecosystem, including lenders, servicers, and secondary market operations.
• Demonstrated success in consultative selling, lead generation, and driving product adoption.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Shows curiosity and adaptability in learning and responsibly applying new technologies, including artificial intelligence, to reimagine how we work.

Pay

The hiring range for this role is $69,000 to $91,000. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications. This position is eligible to participate in a Fannie Mae incentive program (subject to the terms of the program).
