Position Overview

The Client Engagement Associate (CEA) is a client-facing role that provides expertise and daily support on the MSIGHTS Platform. A CEA needs to think like a marketer to provide the best reporting and data quality possible. A typical day involves monitoring MSIGHTS Platform operations and usage, data quality assurance, client training and support, coordination with the technology team, managing client projects, and resolving data issues.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the MSIGHTS Platform and data relationships to assist users with troubleshooting and maximizing the platform's value.
  • Support, train, and manage daily operations for client users and their vendor partners.
  • Perform ad hoc data analysis, research, and quality assurance as needed to ensure data integrity and resolve existing or potential issues.
  • Identify value-added processes and areas for improvement based on client feedback and implement these improvements.
  • Proactively communicate with users via email and cloud-based conferencing to build valuable relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in weekly status meetings and provide support to senior team members and key client contacts.
  • Create and maintain documentation of reporting data logic and all new developments in the Platform and user accounts.

Qualifications

  • Must be a self-starter who can take initiative to understand and support the MSIGHTS Platform and its users. This includes being able to effectively train and anticipate future needs.
  • Ability to quickly grasp data relationships and hierarchies for client implementation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well within an internal team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to quality, and focus on the client, along with flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit in a fast-paced international work environment.
  • Outstanding project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and experience applying these to resolve application design considerations and client business issues.
  • Essential knowledge of MS Excel, with an ability to quickly learn other software programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
