Client Education & Communications Specialist - Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Employee Benefits

About the role

A client education and communications specialist is needed to support employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a bilingual ability (Spanish/English).

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute educational materials on various employee benefits programs.
• Conduct presentations and workshops to educate employees about their benefits.
• Respond to inquiries from employees regarding their benefits.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure accurate and timely benefit information.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in employee benefits or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college coursework or relevant work experience.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of employee benefits policies and procedures.
