Client Delivery Specialist
About the role

As a Client Integration Associate, you’ll sit at the intersection of data operations and Customer Success, managing the file-based data connections and workflows that drive eligibility, marketing, reporting, and more.
Responsibilities
- Learn Hinge Health’s integration architecture, file standards, and core systems for eligibility, marketing, and reporting.
- Manage inbound file operations to ensure timely delivery, accurate processing, and data integrity, escalating issues as needed.
- Maintain organized file systems and documentation, including tracking data providers, formats, delivery schedules, and file storage.
- In your first 6 months, identify, investigate, and resolve data and processing issues to maintain data integrity and meet client expectations.
- Support partner system integrations to improve user experience, ensuring smooth operations and addressing technical concerns in collaboration with Engineering and other stakeholders.
- Track and report on key performance metrics such as processing volumes, success rates, and system performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- In your first year and beyond, partner cross-functionally (Customer Success, Growth/Operations, Revenue Operations, Data/Engineering) to shorten time from data arrival to readiness and raise overall data quality.
- Manage outbound data-sharing processes with external partners to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Help refine and automate integration workflows, leveraging AI tools and process improvements to reduce manual work and improve reliability over time.
Requirements
- Experience working on data integrations in an operational or customer-facing context (for example, secure file exchange, data normalization, APIs, scheduling/monitoring).
- Tech-savvy with strong adaptability to work efficiently across various software systems and tools on a daily basis.
- Practical familiarity with file-based workflows and operational hygiene: data mapping, managing configurations, validating test files, and documenting SOPs/runbooks.
Qualifications
- Basic qualifications: Experience working on data integrations in an operational or customer-facing context (for example, secure file exchange, data normalization, APIs, scheduling/monitoring).
- Preferred qualifications: Experience at a high-growth technology company, prior experience working with healthcare-related data feeds, familiarity with AI tools and workflows to streamline data operations, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Technical skills: Comfortable working with large datasets and different file types; advanced Excel skills and basic SQL skills; experience with BI and data visualization tools.
- Ability to collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional partners to diagnose issues, implement fixes, and improve systems over time.

Hinge Health Hybrid Model: Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week.
