About the role

The Client Delivery Associate role works with world-class companies and clients, including multiple Fortune 500 companies as well as top tech and management consulting companies, to understand their needs and deliver high-impact research projects to help them uncover insights to answer their toughest business questions.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate connections between clients and experts through our marketplace
  • Understand the granular needs of the clients and help them design their knowledge requests
  • Absorb in detail the specific knowledge of the request and onboard them to the platform
  • Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with clients and experts covering all imaginable sectors of expertise, geographies etc.
  • Learn about new technologies, industries, topics daily and find ways to codify the requests into NewtonX’s knowledge graph
  • Learn new things, mentor and share knowledge with team members
  • Be a client partner, and ensure our client stakeholders maintain their trust in NewtonX as the go-to B2B research partner of choice
  • Drive the core value of the company: connecting experts to clients

Requirements

  • 0 - 2 years of professional work experience
  • Loves challenging the status quo
  • Enjoys solving problems. Takes difficult challenges and provides creative solutions
  • Enjoys learning (will learn about topics as broad as AI and as narrow as IoT in Retail in Thailand)
  • Thinks on their feet. Rolls with the punches when things change (no day is the same!)
  • Enjoys team collaboration, communication, listening, and advocating
  • Communicates clearly, writes well, succinctly, and effectively
  • Enjoys working independently and efficiently with minimal direction and under pressure
  • Smart, quick, thoughtful, and resourceful problem solver
  • Strong client service orientation; confident, professional, and pleasant style, and a can-do attitude to deliver great service

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
