Client Coordinator

Airtraffic is a video production company supporting clients in the video game industry. We are seeking a contract Client Coordinator to help manage day-to-day client communications: uploading deliverables, routing feedback, and acting as a point of contact. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to balance multiple projects with different workflows. This is not a sales role. This is a remote contract role. You can view examples of the work we produce at: www.airtraffic.co The Work:Deliver assets and updates to clients in a timely mannerCollect, clarify, and route feedback to internal teamsFlag client concerns, risks, or scope questions to the correct internal stakeholdersKeep communication organized and easy to track across all delivery platformsMaintain internal documentation for client processes and preferencesServe as a primary or secondary point of contact for various clients located around the world You:Love playing video gamesLove talking to and collaborating with other peopleHave experience in client/customer-facing rolesHave a working understanding of video editing and graphic design processesCan communicate clearly and professionally, both written and spokenHave experience using project management tools like Notion, Asana, Wrike, or similarAre able to relay feedback between two parties without losing nuance or important detailsCan manage multiple projects and communication threads at once without issueHave a fast and reliable internet connection
