Client Consulting Consultant

About the role

As a CBRE Client Consulting Consultant, you will oversee a variety of research initiatives used in the development of client deliverables. This role is part of the Client Consulting function and is responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.

Responsibilities

• Review financial information and additional data for a range of deliverables provided by the team, including market plans, process improvements, management practices, and business unit communications.
• Study the fiscal impact of real estate transactions using net present value analysis, IRR, and company or client-specific processes.
• Present research on industry best practices and benchmarks to clients and develop strategic real estate plans.
• Work with cross-functional internal teams to meet the business unit’s real estate requirements.
• Suggest initiatives to reduce costs and maximize value for the client's portfolio.
• Aid with real estate-related communications for senior client representatives.
• Develop reports to encourage optimization across activities such as organizational design, process improvement, and management practices.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of your own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, working to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within your team and other related teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Real Estate license, as required by the State.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Pay

The minimum salary for the Client Consulting Consultant position is $100,000 annually, and the maximum salary is $120,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
