As our Client Concierge Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of our client red carpet experience, elevating in-store appointments to luxury benchmarks across all boutiques and working in our stores as a trusted sales associate. Supporting our Boutique Managers, Area Leaders, and National Manager, you'll bring our client concierge program to life, managing daily operations, curating exclusive experiences, and driving engagement across our Instagram presence. It calls for a masterful blend of service, style, and strategy—creating training content, overseeing seamless client touchpoints, and ensuring our clients feel uniquely cherished with every interaction. This role is hybrid/remote as well as in boutique. Our ideal candidate is based out of Miami FL or Los Angeles CA.
Responsibilities
- Deliver luxury service standards and create unforgettable, high-touch experiences for every client appointment.
- Build and maintain meaningful connections with VIPs through personalised interactions and tailored service.
- Support the planning and seamless execution of Sip & Shop events and other in-store activations.
- Develop high-quality Instagram stories, reels, and product-focused content that aligns with brand voice and aesthetics.
- Enhance in-store loyalty programs and support strategies that increase repeat visits and brand advocacy.
- Oversee boutique-level social media output and in-store experiences to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Deliver training and workshops on luxury service, storytelling, brand voice, and social media best practices.
- Monitor trends, engagement metrics, and feedback to optimise client experience strategies and content effectiveness.
- Develop creative surprise-and-delight strategies that elevate the boutique experience.
- Provide regular reporting on key metrics, sharing insights with leadership and contributing to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a retail, client-facing, or customer service role.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with sales principles.
- Positive attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to deliver a high standard of customer service and build exceptional customer relationships.
- Energetic and proactive approach, capable of working independently and collaboratively on a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Basic computer skills, experience using POS software, inventory management tools.
- Sales driven mentality - ability to achieve high expectations of sales goals.
- Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which include closing shifts, weekends and holiday shifts.
- Must have unrestricted access to work in the U.S.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs., perform frequent standing, walking, repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions, as well as bending, stooping, reaching, squatting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, and work with cleaning chemicals.
- Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to use technology (mobile devices, computers).
- Ability to read instructions, reports, and information on computer/register screens and to key information into the computer daily.
