Client Compensation Specialist
Responsibilities
- Support advisors and their staff with compensation and commission-related inquiries.
- Research and resolve complex cases received via phone and email.
- Communicate with internal and external partners to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Educate clients on compensation structures, billing events, and reporting tools.
- Manage case documentation and follow through to resolution.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience while handling sensitive financial matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Financial, or similar degree
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of financial services, insurance, banking, or related experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Ex: pivot tables) and Microsoft Office
- Able to manage multiple priorities and handle escalated situations professionally
- Financial services experience and SIE License highly preferred
Schedule
Hybrid schedule (onsite Monday-Wednesday)
8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
