About the role

A Client Care Specialist 2 (CCS2) supports AHF’s commitment to excellence in patient care and operational efficiency by functioning across clinical, HIV/STD testing, administrative, and front office areas. The role requires seamless transitions between medical assistant duties and administrative tasks, active participation in cross‑functional rotations, and collaboration with multiple teams to uphold AHF’s mission, values, and reputation as a trusted healthcare provider.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical assistant clinical functions including phlebotomy and HIV/STD testing.
• Carry out administrative duties such as front office reception, processing patient referrals, and identifying and verifying insurance coverage.
• Actively participate in cross‑functional rotations to develop competence across multiple healthcare and wellness center functions.
• Promote adaptability and collaborate with other AHF employees and departments to uphold the organization’s mission and values.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for AHF’s top initiatives.
• Ensure AHF Core Values and Mission remain top of mind in all actions to support patient retention, operational efficiency, and excellence in care.
