Client Care Specialist 2 (Certified Phlebotomist-Mobile Unit)

Purpose

A Client Care Specialist 2 (CCS2) contributes to AHF by presenting a friendly, helpful face to members seeking HIV testing and prevention services, STI screenings, and treatment in our Wellness Clinics.

Responsibilities

• Present a friendly, helpful face to members seeking HIV testing and prevention services, STI screenings, and treatment in our Wellness Clinics.
• Provide courteous, confidential, and professional support to members within wellness programs.
• Enhance the reputation of AHF by embodying our commitment to excellence in patient care, patient retention, operational efficiency, and adaptability.
• Contribute to a positive experience, fostering trust and loyalty.
• Ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do.
• Work as a part of a close-knit team to focus on comprehensive patient care by collecting medical histories, managing tests/screenings, recording vitals, and addressing health complaints.
• Facilitate patient registration, appointment management, and electronic chart creation.
• Proficient in data documentation, including referrals and reports.
• Skills in venipuncture and sample collection, including blood and other specimens, preparing them for laboratory analysis.
• Valid phlebotomy license or medical assistant certificate required.

• A valid drivers license is required.
