Overview Client Care Liaison / Personal Care Services Office Location: South Holland Office Position: Client Care Liaison Job ID: 77653 Position Type: Full-Time Remote/Virtual Position: No Coverage Area: Joliet and Melrose Park Salary: $23.00 /hourly Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm What You Need To Know Be the Best Client Care Liaison you can be: If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you: High School or GED requiredPrevious home health care or home care experience highly desirableBi-Lingual English/Spanish a plus Responsibilities: As a Client Care Liaison, you will: Manage relationships with insurance payers and MLTC (Managed Long-Term Care plans.Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and coverage.Secure and track service authorizations for home care services.Resolve billing, claims, and reimbursement issues.Stay informed of payer policies and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted patient care.Monitor authorization and reimbursement activity for process improvements.Support community outreach and health plan marketing activities.
