Client Care & Intake Specialist

About the role

Create and field client intakes, collect and record information from potential clients, and open cases in case management software. Send and receive retainer agreements for prospective clients who meet specific criteria.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
• Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information
• Combine data from multiple systems
• Follow up on intakes as needed
• Place outbound calls to clients and medical providers
• Coordinate with medical providers and clients regarding availability of doctor appointments
• Follow up with medical providers when clients are non-compliant with appointments
• Maintain consistent and regular communications with clients regarding appointments
• Maintain consistent and regular communications with the legal team regarding clients
• Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance

Requirements

• Understanding of general legal procedures and business practices
• Standard clerical and general office administration procedures
• High volume phones, call center, and/or law firm experience is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and exercise good judgment
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Ability to work well in a team atmosphere
• Ability to lift a minimum of twenty pounds
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must type 45 wpm with accuracy
• No supervisory responsibility

Schedule

Full-time position, standard hours Monday–Friday (40 hours per week). Some overtime may be required based on projects.
