Client Billing Representative

Responsibilities

  • Review and prepare client bills according to guidelines and attorney instructions.
  • Verify daily billing production and generate time and billing reports.
  • Distribute monthly pre-bills and billing reports to attorneys.
  • Provide training and support for billing software and systems.
  • Offer backup support to the Client Billing team and other Finance areas.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Management or Finance required.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Law Firm experience is highly preferred.
