About the role
Your role as a Client Associate involves providing operational and administrative support to Financial Advisors. Applicants must hold both Series 7 and either Series 66 or a combination of Series 65 and 63 to be registered.
Responsibilities
- Support Financial Advisors with operational and administrative tasks
- Provide standard administrative, technical, and professional support to a specific area or location
- Identify and report process improvements within your work scope
- Keep up-to-date with new developments in your field
Requirements
- Series 7 registration
- Series 66 or a combination of Series 65 and 63
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
The indicative gross base salary range for this role is USD 58,000 - USD 80,000 per annum.
