  • Own the team's marketing scorecard and CRM data hygiene – logging weekly and monthly activity, tagging every new relationship with its source, and keeping records accurate and current
  • Coordinate the team's content production and posting workflow with outside vendors (video, design), compliance, and the internal team
  • Support event logistics for the team's client and prospect dinners and networking events – guest lists, invitations, and post-event follow-up tracking
  • Manage the team's marketing materials, templates, and intellectual property library
  • Collaborate with the team's relationship managers and marketing advisor to keep execution aligned with the quarterly plan

  • Comfortable creating simple graphics and visual materials – event invitations, presentation decks, LinkedIn graphics – using tools like Canva or PowerPoint
  • Comfortable using generative AI tools to support research, analysis, and documentation
  • Comfortable working independently to run weekly and monthly cadences without close supervision
  • Discretion and professionalism handling confidential ultra-high-net-worth client information
