Client Associate

About the role

Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, account service needs, trading requests, and cash movements—resolving issues efficiently and proactively. Own the end-to-end client onboarding process, including account opening, transfers, documentation, due diligence, and ongoing account maintenance. Prepare high-quality materials for client meetings, investment proposals, advisor travel, and expense administration. Partner closely with financial advisors to anticipate client needs and continuously elevate the client experience. Monitor account activity and ensure strict adherence to compliance, regulatory, and firm standards. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, finance, accounting, or related field)
• Exceptional attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence interacting with high-net-worth clients
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• High integrity, discretion, tactfulness, and sound professional judgment
• A calm, solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine, client-first philosophy
• A collaborative, adaptable team player who navigates changing priorities with professionalism
• Series 7 and 66 licenses, or willingness to obtain within six months
• 3–5+ years of experience in a client service, operations, or support role within wealth management, private banking, or financial services
