Duties and Responsibilities
- Using the MCF Way, executes service requests and interfaces accordingly with clients and the internal team to deliver an exceptional client service experience
- Serve as the point of contact for client needs, such as account changes, money movement requests, deposits, or other similarly related service requests
- Work directly with MCF’s custodial partners and their respective servicing teams, and become knowledgeable and proficient on their processes and forms
- Prepare and process client paperwork, including various account applications, transfer paperwork, internal compliance documentation, and other applicable forms with great attention to detail
- Ensure all new client onboarding processes are executed according to Firm policies, and provide feedback to Clients and MCF team members, as well as recording all information regarding onboarding thoroughly
- Maintain and update client information internally in MCF’s CRM system
- Aid other members of the Wealth Management team in servicing clients
- Participate actively in regularly scheduled service meetings to maintain a working knowledge of issues impacting our business
- Assist with coordination of client or firm events, as needed and requested by leadership
- Aid in setting up in-office staff meetings and client meetings for the Financial Advisor(s) this role serves as well as maintaining an inviting and pleasant experience for all office guests
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order management
- Arrange necessary repairs and maintain office conditions
- Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence for Financial Advisors and management, as requested
- Aid in coordinating client and firm events, as needed and requested by leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- An engaging and friendly personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & other software applications
- Organized, attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
- Self-motivated, ability to work collaboratively with the entire MCF team
- Ability to travel to other MCF offices as needed
- Personal characteristics: Client-first attitude, team player, ability to think critically and analytically, engaged in learning and expanding personal knowledge
- Finance, or related experience, a plus
