Client Associate
How You'll Make An Impact
Help the branch stay organized by supporting workflow, answering routine client questions, and keeping requests moving. Work with teammates to meet timelines and process standards, and you'll use the right tools to build certificates and other client documents with care. Help support production team members and the client service function, so clients get steady, reliable support. Support routine client service work and keep details accurate. Use business systems to create certificates, forms, reports, and other client materials.
About You
- Required: High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
- PREFERRED: Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience preferred. Previous experience managing client relationships.
