Responsibilities
- Develop industry knowledge and skills to support account teams in delivering exceptional service to Gallagher’s clients.
- Work alongside experienced team members to learn the business and gain the knowledge, skills, and abilities to make client-related decisions independently.
- Learn and support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process and help retain business.
- Gain proficiency in Gallagher’s vast network of resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness in delivering client materials.
- Familiarize yourself with the insurance industry and GBS Professional Standards, including the "Peer Review" process that ensures quality in client deliverables.
- Assist Client Service Managers with preparing Request for Proposal (RFP) documents, coordinating vendor responses, and creating client presentations.
- Observe and practice effective presentation techniques in open enrollment meetings, participate on client calls, and respond to clients via email.
- Establish positive relationships within the office and support with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date records in the Document Management System (DMS).
- Complete all GBS Employee Benefits curriculum and learn from your team.

Requirements
- High School diploma/equivalent plus 1 year directly applicable experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
- Previous experience managing client relationships is preferred.
Preferred
- Associate's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience.
