This role transforms a customer's store visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create a Welcoming Environment:
    • Immediately welcome customers and proactively offer assistance.
    • Provide a dynamic service presence.
    • Ask appropriate questions to identify customer needs and guide them effectively.
    • Demonstrate knowledge of store layout, merchandise assortment, and direct customers accordingly.
    • Foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging, and energetic customer environment.
    • Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
  • Elevate the Shopping Experience:
    • Consistently achieve personal and store sales goals using Vilebrequin's selling ceremony.
    • Incorporate the WE SELL SUN selling ceremony in every sale (first smile, be curious, tell the tale, unveil connections, matching top, perfect fit, reassure, and convince).
    • Deliver luxury clienteling for the best in-store and digital customer experience.
    • Study and communicate collection details while assisting clients.
    • Keep the customer wish list current and notify customers when products arrive.
    • Exceed individual KPI targets: ADS, UPT, Email Capture, Name Attachment Rate, Women's Sales, and Top to Bottom.
    • Adhere to all corporate customer service policies.
    • Demonstrate effective communication with customers, coworkers, and managers.
    • Lead by example and positively influence others.
  • Support Store Operational Excellence:
    • Support store operations, including processing deliveries, transfers, and merchandising goods.
    • Maintain visual standards and execute correct POS processes, including cash handling and register operations.
    • Adhere to all operational policies and procedures.
    • Safeguard company property, including key holding.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization standards.
    • Responsible for opening and closing the store.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Demonstrate high energy and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • Quickly determine solutions to customer concerns with limited supervision.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury or hospitality setting.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
  • Bending, stooping, and kneeling required frequently.
  • Climbing ladders occasionally.
  • Routine standing for the duration of shift (up to 8 hours).
