About the role
The Client Advisor contributes to the store's sales performance by building lasting client relationships through mastery of product knowledge and selling ceremonies. As a sales professional in the luxury goods sector, you will promote the brand image and collaborate in achieving the store's quantitative and qualitative objectives.
Responsibilities
- Reach and surpass monthly sales goals as determined by Management.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all products in assigned category and stay updated on all store product categories.
- Manage sales and optimize each step of the sales process to ensure clients receive the highest degree of sophistication and enjoyable service, fostering loyal shoppers.
- Welcome and recognize regular customers, providing strong customer service and precise satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients through telephone calls, letters, cards, and special announcements.
- Maintain a client book with sales records, preferences (colors, sizes, styles), and life events (birthdays, etc.).
- Align with the brand’s style and qualitative standards throughout the sales and post-sale process.
- Promote the brand and products during all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and monitor competition.
- Identify both expressed and unexpressed customer needs.
- Demonstrate, recommend, and style products; promote wardrobing.
- Schedule client appointments and prepare merchandise in advance.
- Build customer loyalty by collecting and entering customer information into the database, creating a valuable clientele base of high-profile, international, professional, and consistent customers.
- Understand and communicate the company’s brand values to customers while adhering to the dress code.
- Participate in inventory processes and maintain a clean, organized store for a comfortable shopping experience.
- Maintain knowledge of store sales goals and contribute to a positive store atmosphere.
- Uphold visual merchandising criteria and ensure products are accurately coded, tagged, and priced.
- Provide store management with qualitative feedback.
Requirements
- Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market.
- Previous client book experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a luxury or high-end clienteling environment.
- Proven sales track record and achievement of sales goals.
- 4+ years in premium or luxury commission sales.
Physical Requirements
- Required to stand and walk for up to eight hours in a workday.
- Required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Pay
$19 - $22 per hour
