About the role

The role is responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and order replenishments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory management.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to maintain stable stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations.
  • Manage returns and exchanges in accordance with company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Qualifications

  • Experience with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle Inventory.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics.
  • Understanding of retail industry standards and practices.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
