Key Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional, personalized client experience that reflects the prestige and values of the Rolex brand.
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through expert knowledge, attentive service, and genuine passion for clienteling.
• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets by understanding client aspirations and presenting our collection with authority.
• Maintain a deep and current understanding of Rolex craftsmanship, heritage, and product collections.
• Uphold impeccable boutique standards, including visual merchandising, inventory care, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate seamlessly with your team to foster a professional, supportive, and high-performing environment.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles, preferably within fine watches and jewelry.
• A genuine passion for creating extraordinary customer experiences and building client loyalty.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse, high-net-worth clientele.
• A proven track record of achieving sales results in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency with retail systems and CRM tools.
• A personable, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to collective success.
• Fluency in a second language is considered a strong asset.
