About the Role
As an associate with Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will be part of a diverse team, working together to drive sales and provide an excellent client experience that represents the brand. Your entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand, and knowledge of the luxury/retail business will greatly influence the client experience. As a Client Advisor, you will assist in executing merchandising and client relationship strategies. Your daily presence on the sales floor will allow you to develop a client base, drive store revenue, and shape the brand experience.
To succeed in this role, you will operate with integrity, have a strong team mindset, and be results-driven. You will act as a client advisor, share product knowledge, and provide the highest level of service while passionately conveying the vision of Giorgio Armani.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and deliver an exceptional client experience that aligns with the brand’s values.
- Assist in executing merchandising and client relationship strategies.
- Develop a client base and contribute to store revenue growth.
- Act as a client advisor, sharing product knowledge and providing top-tier service.
- Utilize technical resources (e.g., CRM, WeChat) for client outreach.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated passion for teamwork.
- Proficiency in using technical tools for client outreach (e.g., CRM, WeChat) is preferred.
- Flexibility to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
Qualifications
- Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
- Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other language skills are a strong asset.
Pay
$16.00 per hour, with the opportunity to participate in a bonus or commission plan depending on the brand.
