About the role

You will be part of a diverse team who will work together to drive sales and provide an excellent client experience that represents the brand.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to execute merchandising and client relationship strategies.
• Assist in developing a client base and driving store revenue.
• Provide the highest level of service and share product knowledge.
• Act as a client advisor and contribute to the brand experience.
• Operate with integrity and have a strong team mindset.
• Be results-driven and accountable for driving sales.

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Demonstrated passion for working as a team.
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc.
• Preferred language skills: Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other languages.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Pay

$15.49 per hour, with the opportunity to participate in a bonus or commission benefit plan depending on the brand.
