You will be part of a diverse team who will work together to drive sales and provide an excellent client experience that represents the brand.
Responsibilities
- Work with the team to execute merchandising and client relationship strategies
- Assist in developing a client base and driving store revenue
- Provide the highest level of service and share product knowledge
- Act as a client advisor and contribute to shaping the brand experience
- Operate with integrity and have a strong team mindset
- Be results-driven and accountable for driving sales
Qualifications & Skills
- Preferred retail experience in a similar position
- A high school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated passion for working as a team
- Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc.
- Prioritize Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills as a strong asset
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
