Client Advisor (Part-time), A|X Outlet

About the role

You will be part of a diverse team who will work together to drive sales and provide an excellent client experience that represents the brand.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to execute merchandising and client relationship strategies.
• Assist in developing a client base and driving store revenue.
• Provide the highest level of service and share product knowledge.
• Act as a client advisor and contribute to the brand experience.
• Operate with integrity and demonstrate a strong team mindset.
• Be results-driven and accountable for driving sales.

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
• A High School diploma/GED preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team.
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc., preferred.
• While not required, Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

• The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $18.00 plus the opportunity to participate on a bonus or commission benefit plan depending by brand.
