Responsibilities
- Work with the team to execute merchandising and client relationship strategies
- Assist in developing a client base and driving store revenue
- Provide the highest level of service and share product knowledge
- Act as a client advisor and be results-driven
- Operate with integrity and have a strong team mindset
Requirements
- Preferred retail experience in a similar position
- A high school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc.
- Passion for working as a team
- Preferred language skills: Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends

- Highly motivated and results-driven
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of the luxury/retail industry
- Passion for the Giorgio Armani brand
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
