About the role
You will be part of a diverse team who will work together to drive sales and provide an excellent client experience that represents the brand.
Responsibilities
- Work with the team to execute merchandising and client relationship strategies
- Assist in developing a client base and driving store revenue
- Provide the highest level of service and share product knowledge
- Act as a client advisor
- Convey the vision of Giorgio Armani with a passionate team mindset
Qualifications & Skills
- Preferred retail experience in a similar position
- A high school diploma or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated passion for teamwork
- Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc.
- Prior experience with Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other languages is considered a strong asset
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
