About the role

You will be part of a diverse team who will work together to drive sales and provide an excellent client experience that represents the brand.

Responsibilities

• Work with the team to execute merchandising and client relationship strategies.
• Assist in developing a client base, driving store revenue, and shaping the brand experience.
• Act as a client advisor, share product knowledge, and provide the highest level of service.

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
• A high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and a demonstrated passion for working as a team.
• Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc., preferred.
• While not required, Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin or other language skills are considered a strong asset.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Pay

$17.81 per hour, with the opportunity to participate in a bonus or commission benefit plan depending on the brand.
