About the role

As a Client Advisor with Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will be part of a diverse team driving sales and providing an excellent client experience that represents the brand. Your entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand, and knowledge of the luxury/retail business will shape the client experience. You will assist in executing merchandising and client relationship strategies, develop a client base, drive store revenue, and uphold the brand’s vision.

Responsibilities

• Act as a client advisor on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and delivering the highest level of service
• Drive sales and develop a client base to increase store revenue
• Execute merchandising and client relationship strategies
• Operate with integrity, a strong team mindset, and a results-driven approach
• Utilize technical resources (e.g., CRM, WeChat) for client outreach

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position
• High School diploma/GED preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated passion for working as part of a team
• Proficiency with technical tools for client outreach (e.g., CRM, WeChat) is a plus
• Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other language skills are a strong asset
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends

Pay

$18.00 per hour, with the opportunity to participate in a bonus or commission plan depending on the brand.
