Client Advisor EB (Commercieel Analist Employee Benefits)

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Business Management with a specialization in insurance, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of life insurance and employee benefits (EB); experience at a broker or insurer is a strong asset.
• Analytical strength: ability to interpret data, detect trends, and identify commercial opportunities.
• Strong communication and customer-focused skills: able to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
• Detail-oriented and structured: proactively follows up on files with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) with basic knowledge of French and English.
• Comfortable in a role combining administration, analysis, and commercial insight.
